Reviews play a big portion in any television purchase and since I relied heavily on them, it exclusively created signified for me to supply a good brushup that could assistant others. Overall, once this TV is setup right and completely calibration and adjustments are made, it is by far one of the best TVs away there in price of film quality, clarify and accuracy. The out of box positioning is acceptable but will feel alike you are at a big2 box electronics store. There are a few calibration settings away in diverse forums hence only search for them, effort them all and take your pick. There is some clouding particularly when displaying blacks only zero that will tolerate out during a normal movie. It is not distracting enough to accept your care away from any movie. Overall blacks are great. TV is loaded with features and options starting from total calibration settings to internet apps galore. One large con is that the navigation menu/software is far from superior. In fact, it could be downright horrible at times. You will get employed to it simply it could be better. Internet WI-FI constructed in is smashing only getting a good signaling is not the best. I stopped up using a wired connection with a tuner repeater. The TV radio is borderline. It takes a few seconds to switch between channels regardless of advancing channels or punching in the canal numbers. Like other reviewers said, do not tally of advancing channels, simply punch in the actual channel you are looking for. Finally, this Extended TV is the best value away there. For the price, you cannot pass wrong. It LC40LE830U is clearly nearly $200 cheaper than the competition and Sharp makes their ain LCD panels. Here are a few calibrations from various sources.
